Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account. Shipping information: your shipping address, collected at checkout. Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. Davenport never receives or stores your full card number. Order and rental history: what you’ve rented, returned, or bought, and your billing history. Camera access (mobile app only): used solely for Stripe’s card-scanning feature at checkout. The app does not request location, photo library, or contacts access.

To create and maintain your account, process orders/rentals/returns/buyouts, charge your saved payment method, ship items and arrange returns, send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices, billing receipts, return instructions), respond to support requests, and detect or prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the vendors that operate the Service, and only to the extent needed: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (our database and authentication provider), and Resend (transactional email delivery). We currently do not use any third-party analytics or advertising tracking service.

The website uses only the minimum cookies needed to keep you signed in and operate the shopping cart. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (Account tab → Delete Account in the app), your personal information is removed within 30 days. Order records may be retained afterward as needed for tax and legal recordkeeping (including Connecticut sales tax records), anonymized from your identity where possible.

You may request a copy of your data, request correction of inaccurate data, or delete your account at any time from within the app. For data requests, email privacy@davenportwardrobe.com.

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on Davenport servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date.
